Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Photo or video evidence of the damage must be shared with us.

Items that are opened, used, or reported after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, personal preferences, or skin reactions due to individual sensitivities.

Refund Policy

Once your claim is approved, we’ll either offer:

  • A replacement of the damaged/incorrect product, or
  • A refund processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

If your order was a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we may request your bank details to process the refund.

Products Bought on Sale

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund, unless the product received is damaged or defective.

How to Report a Damaged Order

Please email us at support@gagaindia.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

Our customer experience team will review the case and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
