Delivery & Shipping:

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners (Amazon shipping, Xpressbees, Delhivery, EcomExpress, BlueDart etc.) to ensure your GAGA goodies reach you safely and swiftly. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location. 

Returns:

We currently do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us on support@gagaindia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchange:

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If there’s an issue with your order due to our error or a product defect, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work out a solution or replacement.

Refund:

Refunds are issued only for orders that were damaged/incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
